I offer two different packages, the Blast Off package and the Refinement package

These are designed to:

  • get you started, sparkly and strong 
  • coach you on easy ways to plan for and make nutrition dense food
  • be easy to incorporate into your current schedule and sustain over time
  • be available for in home or online training.

Blast Off

Refinement

This is ideal for humans getting started with an exercise program and changing up eating habits.

 

Fitness

  • Two 60 minute personal training sessions per week, 
    online or in your home
  • Option for 30 minutes sessions via online meet-ups
  • Personalized strength and cardiovascular programming for 3 months

Food

  • Kitchen Makeover: helping invite nutrition density and efficiency into your kitchen
  • Co-shopping: one shop together experience, together we fill up the cart with healing foods
  • Bi-monthly nutrition sessions

Equipment

All equipment for success supplied by me:

  • Self-care gear: This is personalized a bit, but most folks get a soft OPTP foam roller, OPTP mini-balls, and perhaps another tool,  like a Corageous ball for releases around the chest and abdomen, or Yoga tune-up balls for deeper releases
  • 5, 8, or 10 pound weights, 9 or 15 pound kettlebell
  • Mini-bands, resistance bands
  • Big ole exercise mat

Commitment

  • 3 month minimum commitment, 2 times a week

Investment

2 visits per week investment: $792/month
(Comes out to $99/visit)

This is for folks already doing a thing. Runners, hikers, golfers, kayakers, yogis, and the like who have an established routine.

Fitness

  • One or two 60 minute personal training sessions per week, online or in your home
  • Option for 30 minutes sessions via online meet-ups
  • Personalized strength and cardiovascular programming for 3 months, focused on a specific event or rebuilding your regimen to step into more strength and power
  • Athletes who choose this often have an injury they can't pin down, or an event coming up they want to crush! Or...both!

Food

  • Kitchen Makeover: you're pretty in touch with your nutrition density, let's see if it needs any shoring up!

Equipment

  • Self-care gear: sometimes athletes already have equipment so we fill in the blanks
  • Equipment supplied to match your needs

Commitment / Frequency

  • 3 month minimum commitment
  • Frequency may be 1 times a week or 2 depending on your flow and schedule
